OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary:

Thabong Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to various departments, and assisting in daily office tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who excels in multitasking, organization, and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.

3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.

4. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing orders.

5. Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.

6. Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

7. Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and cooperation.

9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

10. Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

8. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

9. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Qualifications in Office Administration or a related field.

2. Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.

3. Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.

4. Proficiency in other relevant software and tools.
